These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Anytime View website (the "Site") and Anytime View service (the "Service"). This document is a legal agreement between you and Zhejiang POCTech Co.,Ltd. of Building 11, No. 1633 Hongfeng Road, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province,China ("we", "us", "our"，"POCTech"), the operator of the Site and provider of the Service.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE CONSTITUTES, AND IS CONDITIONED UPON, YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
Your use of the Site and Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy available, which explains how we collect, protect, store, disclose, and transfer your personal information.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove functionality of the Service at our sole discretion. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of material changes. We may suspend the Service for upgrades or emergency maintenance; we will provide prior notice when reasonably possible.
By using the Site or Service, you certify that you have read, reviewed, and agreed to these Terms. We only grant access to users who accept these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must cease using the Site and Service immediately.

Notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for unauthorized account use resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
You grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload or publish for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of the data you submit.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and Service solely for permitted purposes. For Users in Russia: This license is worldwide and royalty-free; no fee is required for Service access.
You agree not to use the Site or Service to:
• Upload, transmit, or store data that is unlawful, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation;
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (including uploading content you lack rights to);
• Transmit viruses or code designed to harm the Service, devices, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks (including via automated access like scripts or crawlers);
• Collect or store others' personal information without prior consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
The Site and Service may not be available in all languages or countries. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate for use in any location; you access it at your own risk and are responsible for local law compliance.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by you or third parties. No warranty is made that Service-related information complies with quality or fitness-for-purpose regulations.
All materials, products, and services on the Site (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets) are our property or that of our affiliates, licensors, or suppliers.

We retain all legal rights to the Site and Service, including software, graphics, and user interface. The Service is licensed, not sold; no ownership transfer occurs. Rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
POCTECH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO RECTIFYING SERVICE FAULTS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
• For Users in the United Kingdom, Singapore: Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation (consistent with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act).
• For Users in Colombia: Nothing affects your rights under the Colombian General Consumer Protection Statute (Ley 1480 de 2011), including warranty and remedy entitlements.
• For Users in Russia: Nothing excludes liability for willful misconduct (pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data").
• For Users in South Africa: Limitations shall not override mandatory statutory liability under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Some jurisdictions restrict liability limitations, so the above may not apply in full to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights, whether by negligent act, omission, or willful misconduct.
Your right to prove no damage occurred remains unaffected (consistent with Russian Civil Code Article 1064).
These Terms are effective upon your account creation and continue until terminated. You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without advance notice for:
• Breach of these Terms;
• Providing inaccurate or incomplete account information;
• Failure to report account security breaches.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of application. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
• For Users in the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Czech Republic: If the foregoing conflicts with mandatory local law (e.g., EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EEA countries, Serbian Personal Data Protection Act 2022), local law shall apply to the extent of such conflict, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
• For Users in Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa: Where mandatory local law (e.g., Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019, Malaysia PDPA 2010, South Africa POPIA) adversely affects your minimum rights, local law shall apply.
If any provision is held unlawful, it shall be modified to comply with law, and other provisions remain in full force.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to you when you next access the Site, and acceptance is effective immediately upon your continued use. If you refuse changes, we may terminate your account with four weeks' notice.
• For Users in the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Czech Republic, Singapore: Changes are deemed accepted unless you object in writing within six weeks of notification. Objection may result in account termination with four weeks' notice (consistent with GDPR Article 7(3) for EEA countries).
• For Users in Russia: We will notify you of changes in advance (e.g., email/pop-up). Changes for legal compliance or service development are effective if you do not object within 30 days or continue using the Service (pursuant to Russian Civil Code Article 438).
• For Users in Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa: Continued use after change notification constitutes acceptance (consistent with local consumer protection laws).
• For Users in Colombia: Changes shall not affect your rights under the Colombian General Consumer Protection Statute; you may terminate your account if you reject changes.
